Lancaster Teen Wanted For Shooting On Mill Street: Police

An 18-year-old man is wanted for his involvement in a shooting in Lancaster City, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

Norman Coleman has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license, persons not to possess firearms, and discharging a firearm, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.

The charges stem from a shooting that injured two minors in the 300 block of Mill Street on Oct. 25, authorities said.

Investigators have identified Coleman as one of the individuals involved in the incident. His current whereabouts are unknown, and police are actively searching for him, the department said.
